Comments

All VisionStream breakouts support user-generated comments which are available to all livestream attendees.

Overview

Admin users have the ability to delete the entire comment history for any given breakout, and to delete any single comment from the breakout's comment history.

Delete comment history

  • Press the trash icon on the breakout listing page.
  • The application will prompt the user to confirm their intention to delete comment history for this breakout.
    • This confirmation step is crucial as the action cannot be undone.
  • Upon confirmation, the application permanently removes all comment records for the breakout session.

Delete comment record

  • Press the comments icon on the breakout listing page and navigate to the comment table.
  • Find the comment you are looking for, then press the trash icon on the comment listing.
  • The application will prompt the user to confirm their intention to delete this comment for this breakout.
    • This confirmation step is crucial as the action cannot be undone.
  • Upon confirmation, the application permanently removes the comment record for the breakout session.

WARNING: Deleting comment records it permanent. This operation cannot be reverted!
