Platform view provides the user with a comprehensive overview of costs and activity.

Platform statistics help you assess usage patterns and help you understand the extent to which you are utilizing each service. * Platform Charges (USD) - Provides charges for platform services, including: - streaming - packaging - delivery - conversion - storage * Platform Usage - Provides detailed usage statistics for platform services, including: - number of streaming hours - data in GB packaged for delivery - data delivered to viewers - time in minutes to convert the stream to an on-demand recording - data in MB/GB used for permanent storage * Records - Displays the number of Events, Breakouts, Users, and Pipeline records associated with your platform.

Show All platform data

Allows root admin users the ability to view the entire cost & usage profile for their platform, including all accounts associated with the platform.

Choose Account

Allows root admin users the ability to select and switch between their associated accounts within the platform.

Once a user selects an account, the interface will display charges, usage statistics, and other relevant data related to that particular account.

Choose Range

This feature provides all admin users with the ability to analyze usage patterns, track costs, and assess platform activity for different accounts over specific months.

After selecting a month, the platform will present the data specific to the chosen time period.

  • The month dropdown control typically includes options from the current month back to the same month of the previous year.
  • For example, if the current month is June 2024, the dropdown will include months from June 2022 to June 2023.
