Sites
A Site (or portal, or subdomain portal) is essentially the entryway for attendees to view your published content, including:
- Stream listings & group calendars
- Livestream performances
- Articles
- Sponsorship collateral
- Video / Image galleries
- On-demand recordings
- User information, such as name, avatar, and purchased Box Office passes and receipts.
Admin users create sites with unique URL's, and can style such sites with branded content such as logos, colors, articles, images & videos.
Workflow
VisionStream will manage the entire flow within your site, including authentication and payments.
- User navigate to your portal which displays your published content.
- User can choose a stream or on-demand recording to view from various calendars.
- User continues to an overview page containing stream specifics and details.
- User will perform authentication (Sign-In) to enter the stream.
- User can choose a General Admission pass, or purchase a specialty pass if available.
- If choosing a General Admission pass, user will apply donation and / or stream charges if applicable.
- User navigated to the live stream viewer.
- If the stream has completed, the user can view the on-demand recording.
Create New Site
Press the '+' icon in the upper right of the Site's listing page to open Create New Site page.
Required fields
- Site name
- Site
URL- Your entered Site url must be unique, and not clash with existing site url's.

There are 9 built-in themes which you can use to overlay a distinct look to your portal.

External URL's
You can easily list social url's in you sites ToNav bar.

Edit Site
You can edit any site and change the values of all fields except the actual site url.
Customize your Site
Once you hae saved your site, options will appear which allow you to further customize it.
- Add a custom LOGO. Logos will appear in the upper left corner of your site.
- Create a robust Headline with your mission statement, main image, and use the Template dialog to add templates to further customize your headline.
- Easily populate an Image Gallery which is visible from your site's home page.
- Create a Sponsor Gallery also visible from your site's home page.
- Create a Video Gallery also visible from your site's home page.
- Create a site Footer which will appear at the bottom of each of your site's pages.
Customize Your Branding
You can further customize some UI elements in your site.
To enter the customization panel, click the Customize Your Branding check box found under the Branding tab.

Assigning Groups to your Site
A 'group' is a collection of streams, and can more simply be described to a physical 'location', like a Venue, Hall, Stadium, etc.
To assign group to your site portal, you will go into the group record, and use the Move to site menu.
- A Site can display any number of groups on the site's home page, or in the site's calendar, provided the group is 'Published'.
Attendees & Navigation
- Attendees are sometimes imported directly into a group, if you maintain a static attendee list.
- An admin user also has the ability to add attendees one-at-a-time as needed.
- To allow access for anonymous or ad-hoc attendees, admin users can apply the [Allow Guest Sign-In] feature to any group, which allows anonymous users the ability to enter themselves into the group's attendee database, and then gain access your site.
- This feature utilizes a 2-step authentication scheme for security.
