Subdomains

A subdomain (or Portal, or Subdomain Portal) is what your attendees will ultimately interact with. It is essentially the entryway to viewing your published content, including:

  • Event listings & calendars
  • Livestream performances
  • Blog postings
  • Sponsorship collateral
  • Channel videos
  • On-demand recordings

Admin users create subdomains with unique URLs, and can style such portal with branded content such as logos, colors and graphics.

  • Attendees are normally imported directly into an account.
  • An admin user also has the ability to add attendees one-at-a-time as needed.
  • To allow access for anonymous or ad-hoc attendees, admin users can apply the Allow Guest Login feature to any event, which allows anonymous users the ability to enter themselves into the attendee database, and then gain access your subdomain portal.
  • This feature utilizes a 2-step authentication scheme for security.

It is important for you to understand how your attendees will navigate through your subdomain portal.
